I encountered Tim Lyon by him recognising my name from a mailing list for his newsletter, when I was looking to sell my unit in Cairns One. Tim did a great job for me. Tim has sold more units in Cairns One than I think all the other Westcourt agents (there were 19 agents) further reinforcing my choice of agent. Tim was able to get a better price than I expected. He maintained contact with me throughout and everything went perfectly. It was 7-8 weeks between first contact and settlement.
