I couldn't be happier with the smooth and quick sale of my unit. Karl was spot on with his strategy and was a delight to work with. He gave me great tips on the little things like , light bulbs to change, what's worth fixing, options on digital furniture etc. The communication with Karl and lovely Andrea and Cathy (who made everything run like clockwork), was above and beyond.
