Back in 2014, Zeta Schriber teamed up with Kev Twomey to create what is now Twomey Schriber Property Group (TSPG). With a wealth of experience (including running her own property management company in Cairns for a decade), Zeta now leads our property management department, supporting the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Zeta’s success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people. She believes in transparent communication, strong relationships, and making sure both landlords and tenants feel confident and cared for. Her team is dedicated to protecting investments, maximising returns, and selecting the best tenants—all while creating a place tenants are proud to call home.

But for Zeta, it’s not just about properties—it’s about people. From day one, her mission has been to build a positive, supportive workplace where her team enjoys coming to work. One of her favourite quotes (courtesy of Richard Branson) sums it up perfectly:
