Shira was highly professional in her service. She responded promptly to enquires and requests. Shira displayed well-developed interpersonal skills that assisted her well in negotiations. Her respectful and polite nature was extremely well balanced with a firm level of assertiveness when required mixed with a good sense of humour where appropriate. Shira was always available when needed and went far and beyond to assist with any other matters. We were extremely happy with her service all around!
