Karl and the team were very quick to respond to my request regarding the house and details. Being interstate at the time, they kept me informed of where things were up to and checked in with me regularly to see if I needed any further advice or assistance. And I'm happy to say that the contract was signed on the day that my offer was accepted, with Karl sending a pic showing "under contract" on the for sale sign. Couldn't have asked for a better team to assist me with my purchase from afar.
